All our cakes are baked from scratch using only the finest ingredients and freshest flavors. Though we recommend all wedding cakes sculptured cakes be covered with rolled fondant for smooth finish, this is not a replacement for buttercream rather it is a final coating on top of the buttercream and this is always a thin layer
